Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will celebrate Diwali with Indian soldiers in Kargil. This is the 8th consecutive year.
To mark Diwali, Modi has been touring several military installations.
On Twitter, PM Modi posted Diwali greetings and stated, “Wishing everyone a Happy Diwali. Diwali is associated with brightness and radiance. May this auspicious festival further the spirit of joy and well-being in our lives. I hope you have a wonderful Diwali with family and friends.”
