Sachin, Virat, Rohit has been invited for consecration ceremony of Ram temple on 22 Jan
Some notable celebrities have been invited for the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple including star cricketers Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar, industrialists Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, as well as Gautam Adani, in addition to Dipika Chikhlia and Arun Govil who played the roles of Sita and Ram in the well-known TV serial known as “Ramayana”.

Rai also asserted that the idols are almost ready and are getting the finishing touches. The authorities will choose the best-looking idol for the ceremony.
According to Rai, they have likewise sent invitations to priests, scientists, poets, and so on. Moreover, legal practitioners, retired army officials, Padma awardees, and musicians will also receive invitations.
As per Sharad Sharma, the VHP spokesman, they have likewise sent invitations to journalists who have supported the Ram Temple movement via their reports as well as writings. The struggle for the aforementioned temple would not have been successful without their support. Sharma also mentioned that the VVIPs are going to receive entry with the help of barcode passes. Approximately 4,000 individuals are going to be religious leaders among the total number of 7,000 invitees.
Champat Rai had signed the invitation letter which read that all are aware of the fact that the construction of the Ram Temple is in progress at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, and a new idol of Ram Lalla is going to be consecrated on Paush Shukla Dwadashi, Vikram Samvat 2080, on 22nd January 2024 in the sanctum sanctorum. He further stated that the authorities earnestly wanted the invitees to be present on this sacred occasion in Ayodhya to be a witness to the consecration ceremony and make this memorable historical day more dignified without fail.
Will other cricketers also receive invitations?
Let us all hope that this aforementioned consecration ceremony becomes a grand success eventually. However, we are yet to see whether other cricketing legends like Sunil Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri, and Dilip Vengsarkar also receive invitations or not.
