1. Fourth Fastest IPL Hundred – Travis Head (39 balls):
Today, Travis Head was unstoppable. He went insane and didn’t stop. The Southpaw then became the first player in IPL history to smash the fastest tonne for Sunrisers Hyderabad. It took him just 39 balls to finish. Head struck eight sixes and nine fours in his 102 off 41 balls. Interestingly, it was the IPL’s fourth fastest tonne as well. He is ahead of Chris Gayle (30 balls against PWI), Yusuf Pathan (37 balls against MI), and David Miller (38 balls against RCB).

2. Highest ever IPL total – SRH, 287/3:
Not so long ago, Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated the Mumbai Indians 277/3 in Hyderabad to set a record for the greatest IPL total. This time, they went one step farther. When batting first, SRH smashed their own record with the highest IPL total of 287/3 at a run rate of 14.35. They also made history by becoming the first IPL side to score more than 275 runs in two different IPL seasons.

3. Highest match aggregate in T20 cricket (Also in IPL) – 549 runs:
Earlier this season, during the SRH vs. MI game, the record for most runs in an IPL match was set with 523. In response, MI scored 246 to SRH’s 277. However, that record is now also shattered. In the match between RCB and SRH, 549 runs were scored, smashing both the IPL and the all-time T20 records. The highest number of runs ever scored in a 20-over game is 549.

4. Most sixes in an IPL Match – 38 sixes:
During Monday’s RCB vs. SRH match at Chinnaswamy Stadium, it was pouring sixes. For the most sixes struck in an IPL game, both sides set a new record. That was the case on March 22, when CSK and RCB played in the tournament’s opening match. With 1276 crore minutes of viewing time, the IPL recorded the biggest viewership ever—more than any previous IPL season. 16.8 fans in all accessed games via digital platforms, an unprecedented number.
