India Into Finals Of T20 World Cup 2024

At the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Thursday, the Indian men’s cricket team defeated England by 68 runs to advance to the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.

India was put to bat first and, after a rain-delayed start, they scored 171/7 in 20 overs. The majority of the runs were scored by Indian T20 skipper Rohit Sharma (57 off 39) and Suryakumar Yadav (47 off 36), with Chris Jordan (3/37) taking the most wickets for England.

India advanced to their third ICC Men’s T20 World Cup final after their victory. The Men in Blue lost to Sri Lanka in 2014 after winning the first T20 World Cup trophy in 2007 after defeating Pakistan in the championship match.

On Saturday, India will compete against South Africa, the inaugural T20 World Cup winners.
